This unit manages Avotein’s own Hass avocado farms, including Nakaseeta Farm and Katungulu Farm, while also offering professional Hass avocado farm management options for landowners across Uganda.

Avotein’s own farms give the company practical experience in orchard development, farm operations, harvest planning, quality standards, and long-term Hass avocado production. This experience allows Avotein to support landowners who want to develop or improve avocado farms without managing the daily operations themselves.

The Avotein business model shows farm management as one of the original pillars of the company, alongside export, retail, Agrimove, Briqueen, and circular value creation.
